My ADHD diagnosis was a profound turning point – a moment of clarity that helped me understand why I had always felt different. This journey of self-discovery ignited my passion to use my expertise as a neurodivergent HR professional to support others in their own journeys and to partner with businesses in creating truly neuro-inclusive workplaces.
16+ years of HR experience
I bring over 16 years of HR experience underpinned by a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, completed in 2011. My career spans industries such as manufacturing, professional services and travel, with roles in renowned global and UK-based organisations.
While my ADHD presents unique challenges, I’ve discovered that it’s also a significant strength in my HR work. It enhances my ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics with creativity and empathy. Understanding the hurdles that neurodivergent individuals face in a predominantly neurotypical world has deepened my commitment to fostering environments where everyone can thrive.
